Rawon East Java Meat Soup

Directions:
Prepare 500g of beef cubes and garnish: shredded leeks, fresh bean sprouts

1. Boil the beef cubes until tender. Allow 750mL/3 glasses of broth to remain in the pan.
2. Add 1 sachet of Indofood Instand Seasoning Mix for Spicy Beef Soup and stir well.
3. Cook another 15 minutes on a low flame. Serve hot with garnish.
