Tianjin Adzuki Red Beans

Red beans possess excellent diuretic properties in draining dampness (excess moisture) and removing toxins from the body. They are best enjoyed as a dessert soup.

How to use:
Boil red beans and pandan leaves in water until the beans are soft. Add complementary herbs such as dried tangerine peel, lily bulb or lotus seeds. Add rock sugar to taste.
