Laksa Fried Rice 80g

Directions:
1) Stir-fry garlic and shallot in 2 tbsp vegetable oil on medium heat.
2) Add 2 beaten eggs and 500g steamed rice immediately. Stir fry till rice is evenly coated with egg and is loosened.
3) Add Prima Taste pack and 4 tsp water. Stir fry till rice is mixed well and fragrant.
Add fried bean curd cubes (tau pok), fish cake prawn for a tastier dish.

A rich stir fry sauce laced with herbs and spices to whip up a full-bodied dish. Inspired by Laksa, one of Singapore's favourite dishes!
