Mui Choi Sweet Vegetable

Directions of use:
Steamed mince pork with salted mustard
Rinse and squeeze dry 100g Mui Choi, then dice.
Rinse, drain and mince 250g pork. Mix with 1/4 teaspoon salt, dash of sesame oil and a pinch of pepper. Gradually stir in thickening (1 1/2 teaspoon corn stark with 2 tablespoon of water).
Add Mui Choi and 1 tablespoon oil and mix well. Spread on dish and steam for about 12 minutes untill cooked.
