Sala syrup is bright red in colour and is inspired by the South East Asian palm fruit known as salacca, itself is completely artificial, very sweet and similar in taste to strawberry, but more aromatic. Vibrant red and great with milk too.


Ingredients: refined sugar, sala flavour, sodium benzoate, food colour
Product of Thailand

Directions of use:
Mix with cold water and stir well when serving, can also be poured over shaved ice.
