Specifications

Directions for use:

  1. Rinse one medium-sized duck and pat dry.
  2. Sprinkle Roast Duck Seasoning Mix over duck. Soak and rub thoroughly inside and out. Let it sit for 1 hour.
  3. Place the duck in the oven at 375°F or 190°C for 30 minutes. Turn the duck over and bake untill the duck skin is crispy.
Can also be used on Birds, Turkey and Chicken.

Ingredients: Sugar 40%, Salt 29%, Spices (Garlic, Shallot, Lemongrass, Coriander, Star Anise, Galangal, Fennel, Clove, Cinnamon) 25% Flavour Enhancer (Monosodium Glutamate) 5%, Colour (Ammonia Caramel) 0.5%, Natural Flavour 0.5%
