You earn points for every purchase. You’ll earn 5 points for every $1 spent.

Ensure you use the email you registered for New Gum Sarn Rewards when purchasing online.

Unfortunately, no – points can only be earned for purchases made when signed up or logged in.

If purchases are made as a guest checkout, no points will be recorded.

• Log in to New Gum Sarn Rewards, head to ‘Ways to Earn’, and select ‘Celebrate a Birthday’ to enter your birthdate. Don’t forget to hit save!
• On your birthday, 500 Points will be automatically added to your account
• Remember, your birthdate needs to be added to your account at least 30 days before your birthday to redeem.

We’ll keep you in the loop with email notifications! When your new rewards/discounts are available, we’ll send you an email.

• Earned rewards: Expire 6 months after you’ve claimed your reward.
• Discount rewards: Expire 6 months after you’ve claimed your reward. No minimum purchase required.

Unfortunately, no – New Gum Sarn points earned by a registered New Gum Sarn member may only be used with their corresponding account. New Gum Sarn points cannot be transferred to nor combined with points earned on a separate account.
