Delivery is available only to addresses within New Zealand.
Auckland Metropolitan Area
Free shipping for orders of NZ$99 or more (up to 25 kg / 0.042 cbm).
A flat shipping fee of NZ$10 applies for orders under NZ$99 (up to 25 kg / 0.042cbm).
A rural surcharge of +NZ$5 applies for addresses classified as rural.
Oversized orders (over 25 kg / 0.042 cbm) incur an additional charge of +NZ$10 per 25 kg / 0.042 cbm increment; for rural addresses +NZ$15 per increment.

North Island (outside Auckland metropolitan area)
Free shipping for orders of NZ$149 or more (up to 25 kg / 0.042 cbm).

Delivery time: up to 2 working days.

South Island
Free shipping for orders of NZ$199 or more (up to 25 kg / 0.042 cbm).

Delivery time: up to 3 working days.
For small parcels (less than ~1 kg, shoe-box size) a flat rate of NZ$13 applies; for rural small orders, an additional +NZ$8 applies.
Oversized orders (over 25 kg / 0.042 cbm) incur +NZ$23 per 25 kg / 0.042 cbm increment; for rural addresses +NZ$33 per increment.

Waiheke Island
Shipping fee of NZ$10 for orders up to 25 kg / 0.042 cbm.

Great Barrier Island
Shipping fee of NZ$50 for orders up to 25 kg / 0.042 cbm.
Delivery time: up to 2 working days.
Oversized orders (over 25 kg / 0.042 cbm) incur +NZ$50 per 25 kg / 0.042 cbm increment.
Volume guide: 0.042 cbm ≈ 45.5cm × 30.5cm × 30.5cm.
2. Delivery Times
Once your order is placed and payment accepted, your order will be processed and dispatched as soon as possible. Delivery times depend on your region, as outlined above in section 1. Please note that delivery times are estimates and subject to delays beyond our control (such as postal or courier disruptions, customs, public holidays, weather events).
3. Shipping Weight & Volume Limits
Shipping thresholds (weight and volume) apply as per region. If your order exceeds those limits, you will incur oversized order charges as specified above.
4. Tracking Your Order
After dispatch, we will provide you with a tracking number (via email) that you may use to monitor the progress of your delivery.
If you do not receive tracking information or you believe there is a delay, please contact us promptly.
5. Change of Address & Delivery Errors
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout. If you require a change of delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes will be accommodated once the order is dispatched.
6. Delivery Failures, Damages and Missing Items
If your goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 working days of the delivery date so we may assist you and initiate any necessary courier claims. New Gum Sarn+1

7. Click & Collect / In-Store Pickup
If you prefer to collect your order in-store we offer a “Click & Collect” service at our Auckland location. During checkout, select the “Store Pickup” option and we will notify you by email when your order is ready for collection. Items held for collection will be retained for a certain period (please refer to our FAQ for further details).
8. Amendments to This Policy
We reserve the right to amend or update this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time without notice. The version displayed on our website at the time of your order will apply.
