• Ingredients: water, fermeted soybean paste, sugar, salted chilli peppers, oyster sauce, modified corn starch, colour (150a), tomato paste, dehydrated garlic, soybean oil, spices, acidity regulator, salt, flavour enhancers.

Directions for use:

1. Cut 350g eggplant into strips. Deep fry eggplant in hot oil or cook in boiling water. Drained.
2. Stir fry 90g mince in 1 tablespoon oil until done, add in Spicy Eggplant Sauce and eggplants. Stir well until heated through.
