Directions for use:
- Prepare 500g chicken wings. Sprink 1 tablespoon of Chinese Five-Spice Blend over the chicken wings and knead gently
- Fry 1 teaspoon minced garlic with 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Stir-fry chicken wings and turn over a few times.
- Add 3 cups (720ml) water, 3 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons light soy sauce, and 2 teaspoons dark soy sauce to taste.
- Add 5 hard-boiled eggs, 1 piece of beancurd that is cut into 1-inch cubes. Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
- Garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
