LH Monkey Head Hou Tou Mushroom also known as Hou Tou Gu is a delicious mushroom often referred to as ‘Nature’s Nutrient for the Neurons’ on account of its ability to stimulate the production of nerve growth factors (NGF) and key compounds in promoting nerve repair and regeneration. Soak for 30 minutes until soft and use as required in soups, stir fry, rice dishes or hot pots.
