Directions for use:
- Start by putting some chopped ginger and garlic in a pan with about two tablespoons vegetable oil over medium/high heat.
- Place 1.5 pounds of clams into hot tap water and rinse with your hands to clean off.
- Put clams into the pan, and stir, then add one spoonful of Chilli Paste with Sweet Basil Leaves. Stir fry until clams open, add 1/4 cup coconut milk and stir for a bit more to mix well.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve alone, or with steamed thai jasmine rice.
