Easy to use, clear lines, easy to shape, easy to demould, a great choice for mooncakes.

Note: After making the cake, the mould should be cleaned with clean water. After cleaning, the mould should be cleaned with dry cloth immediately.
1.Insert the blade bayonet side into the mould. 
2. Buckle the flower pieces to the bottom of the mould and align with the groove of the mould.
3. Hold the handle and turn clockwise until the flower is fastened.
