Ingredients
- 1 pcs Everbest Veg. Spiced Duck
- 1 pcs kiwi (blend into juice)
- 50 g Plum Juice
- 1 tsp Sugar
Instructions:
- Preheat oil until 160 °, deep fry Vegetarian Spiced Duck until golden brown, drain and set aside
- Stir fry blended kiwi sauce with plum juice then add sugar until the sauce thickens.
- Pour on Vegetarian Spiced Duck, dish up and serve.
