Japanese Tofu Puff 500g

The soft and tender Japanese Tofu Puff is pre-sliced into pieces. It can be cooked in a variety of ways, providing a hassle-free meal prep experience!

Ingredients:

• 500g Tofu Puff
• 60g shredded black fungus (soaked)
• 60g shredded carrots
• 30g shredded ginger
• 30g contiental parsley
• 1 tbsp cooking oil
• 400ml water

Seasoning

• 1 tbsp light soy sauce
• 1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 1/2 tsp caster sugar
• 1 tsp tapioca flour

Instructions:

1. Heat cooking oil, add ginger then stir-fry over low heat until fragrant
2. Add in Japanese Tofu Puff and other ingredients
3. Add seasoning and stir well
4. Add in water and bring to boil
5. Thicken sauce with tapioca solution
6. Remove from heat and ready to serve
