🔥 Cooking Instructions

Pan Fry (Recommended):

• Do not defrost
• Cook immediately from frozen
• Preheat a non-stick pan
• Pan fry both sides for approx. 4 minutes until golden brown
• No oil required

Oven Bake:

• Preheat oven to 180°C
• Place on a baking tray
• Bake for approx. 8 minutes until golden brown
