Cooking Method:
- Wash and remove heads from prawns.
- Stir fry prawn heads in a soup pot with one tablespoon of oil till fragrant.
- Add Hai's Prawn Noodle Paste and boiling water.
- Cook for 30 minutes in medium fire.
- Sieve the doup into another pot.
- Cook prawns in the boiling soup, shell them and set aside.
- Then blanch noodles, beanspouts and vegetables.
